I wanted to first thank you all for the outstanding customer service you provided me while we had N399RA in for our "C" check in March 2015. 

 

Prior to starting the inspection I sought quotes from (3) different repair centers throughout the Northwest.  Eric Buller was the first to respond and by far the most comprehensive in his efforts to gain our business for the long term.  Besides being very prompt and professional, Eric went the extra mile by taking on the significant task of helping acquire the list of Service Bulletins dating back decades that had not been complied with.  Not only did that save me hours of time, but his efforts significantly contributed to returning our airframe to a safe platform for operation.

 

I've worked with several maintenance shops over the last decade of my professional career and I have never worked with a repair center that kept me fully informed of developments from beginning to end.  Jon Kim and Luke White were excellent to work with and really put in the time to make sure I knew they were doing all they could to save my owner money as we progressed through the inspection.  I was very pleased with the process from beginning to end and very impressed with how thorough your staff was. 

 

After the first week of the inspection, it became apparent we needed a lot of work done to return our airframe to service and I was doubtful we'd be able to resume operations in the desired time frame.  However, you came through for us and we took delivery ON TIME as quoted. 

 

Flightcraft will continue to receive our business for as long as we own our Beechjet.
