FLIGHTCRAFT, INC. – Portland, OR

CITATION TECHNICIAN/CREW LEAD:  Requires A&P License along with 10-15 years general aviation experience with a minimum of 7 years working on Cessna Citations.  Must have full understanding of maintenance practices on 500 series Cessna Citations.  Can trouble shoot and diagnose complex technical issues and can lead /manage large inspections and projects with a substantial work scope.   Must be factory trained at FlightSafety for airframe maintenance.  Williams or P&WC engine training preferred. Experience working in a Part 145 Repair Station environment also preferred.

QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) INSPECTOR: 

This position is primarily responsible to oversee, audit, and implement improvements of Flightcraft's Quality Control system.  Job duties will vary each day and include, but are not limited to, assisting Technicians and Crew/Team Leads, performing audits of work order data packets, preparing maintenance record (log book) entries, reviewing FAA Form 337 prior to submittal to the FAA, inspecting maintenance performed by outside vendors, and assisting the Quality Manager with audits.

A strong knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations and approval for return to service procedures are required.  5 years experience as an Aircraft Technician/Inspector on turbine aircraft and 3 years experience as an Aircraft Inspector necessary.  Must be self-motivated and able to maintain a rapid pace.

KING AIR TECHNICIAN/CREW LEAD:  Requires A&P License along with 10-15 years general aviation experience with a minimum of 7 years working on King Airs.  Must have full understanding of maintenance practices on 90, 100, 200, and 300 Series King Airs.  Can trouble shoot and diagnose complex technical issues and can lead /manage large inspections and projects with a substantial work scope.   Factory training on airframe and engines is preferred. Experience working in a Part 145 Repair Station environment also preferred.

AVIONICS TECHNICIAN: Applicant must have at least three years experience in avionics installation, repair and/or troubleshooting.  Also require a solid knowledge of wiring diagrams and ability to build, install and terminate wire harnesses.  Ability to perform post-installation testing is preferred.
